A woman in the US has been charged after she performed a lapdance on a 100-year-old resident at the care home where she works. The man has dementia.
Brittany Fultz denies gross sexual imposition saying that it was a prank to make him feel good and that he could have told her to stop at any time but didn't.
'The man knew exactly what was going on and had no problem whatsoever with it,' defence attorney Geoffrey Oglesby said yesterday.
Police said the caretaker who recorded Fultz later showed the video to a supervisor, who reported it to police this month.
The second caretaker wasn't charged. The director of the assisted living center said Fultz, of Marblehead, was fired and the other caretaker also no longer works at the facility.
